For decades, Hof was a curiosity. Then a 2014 study from Radboud University Medical Center changed the conversation permanently. After just ten days of Hof's training, volunteers showed significantly reduced inflammatory markers when exposed to bacterial endotoxin — and far fewer symptoms than the untrained control group. The conclusion was clear: voluntary influence over the immune system is real, and it's trainable.
