  • Expect an intense but manageable cold shock. Breathing may quicken, and your body may resist — this is normal. Our staff will guide you to relax into the cold. Most people adapt quickly and feel accomplished afterward.

  • 1–3 minutes is recommended. Even 30 seconds is beneficial. Gradually increase to 5–10 minutes as you get comfortable. Quality over quantity matters: a calm 2-minute session is better than a stressful 5-minute one.
